To-A-T LLC Moving and Transportation began on Valentines Day of the year 2022. Having 7+ years of experience alone, Troy P. Campbell III decided to begin To-a-T. The yearn for self employment and wanting to provide for his family influenced the decision.
2 weeks prior to starting the company, Troy got terminated for doing the right thing; helping a customer in need. This customer was heading to California with a full 4 bedroom home with no one but the movers she hired through the company Troy worked for, and only Troy and the owner showed up. To sum it all up, the owner wanted to leave the job after 5 hours of work and only 30% of progress. The owner decided to back out and leave with 5 hours pay. Troy decided to stay and help the woman in need. The owner proceeded to pay Troy for his time worked and terminate him on the spot. Processing this, Troy knew to let integrity rule, and help this woman load her U-Haul. Troy was able to get his brother and a close friend to help, and drove the lengthy trip to Loch Lloyd community to get the job finished.
The next day, the lovely woman paid Troy and his crew a total of $5700, with $2700 of that being Troys’, 13 days later, To-a-T was born with a mission of integrity.
